2026 Women's Retreat Registrations (NEW REGISTRATIONS ONLY)

We are so excited to have you join us for the 2026 High Pointe Church Women’s “Way, Truth, Life” Retreat! This year’s retreat will be held at Cascades Camp & Conference Center in Yelm from October 2 – 4. It will be a weekend designed to help us strengthen our walk with Jesus and build connections with other women who can encourage us along the way. We will spend time together worshiping, learning, connecting, relaxing, & having so much fun!

The cost is $200.00 per person for 2 nights and 4 meals. (Need-based partial scholarships available upon request.)

IMPORTANT INFO ABOUT LODGING & MEALS: Please read & provide the information requested below in order to help us accommodate for your lodging & dietary needs during retreat.

LODGING: We will be staying in the Camp Timber Rock cabins that have 4 twin bunks & 1 queen bed (with twin bunk overhead). Each cabin can hold 5-10 women and we will strive to accommodate everyone’s needs & requests. The Cascades Camp website has information and pictures if you’d like to see the camp facilities & cabins.

DIETARY RESTRICTIONS: Please let us know if you have dietary restrictions so that we can inform the camp prior to retreat. They are able to accommodate for most dietary needs.

FRIDAY NIGHT DINNER optional: The camp does not provide dinner on Friday evening, but we are offering the option to get a catered meal from Jimmy John’s (includes sandwich, chips & dessert) for $10 if you don’t want to worry about grabbing dinner on the way.

We believe every woman should have the opportunity to attend retreat and finances should not be a barrier to being able to come. Partial scholarships (up to $100) are available to assist women as needed. If you would like to request a scholarship, please indicate that here and a team member will reach out to you (you will be asked to pay a partial amount at checkout). If not applicable, please type N/A.
